The Falls at Canyon Rim

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Falls. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The kitchen appliances and laundry equipment are modern and work perfectly, which makes everyday life much easier. Whenever any issues arise, they are resolved very quickly, and communication with the office has always been clear, friendly, and professional. It really makes a difference knowing that management is responsive and reliable. I also want to highlight the amenities. The pool and fitness center are excellent, and the overall facilities in the office building are very well maintained and convenient for residents. The location is ideal. Do not rent here, especially if you are disabled. We are still waiting for our security deposit and we moved out November 1st, 2024. We overpaid by $850.00 just on rent. They are legally required to pay us overpayment of the rent. We majorly scrubbed the apartment so there would be no reason for them to keep any of rent. We used Dawn and white distilled vinegar. It was so strong we opened the windows. I, my husband and two of our older children really cleaned that everything in that apartment. Walls, baseboards, windows, oven, everything everywhere, me in my wheelchair and my family doing everything. We left my emotional support dogs at our new residence &they had not been in this old apartment for a month and it was cold but we had the door and all the windows open. The smell of white dis

I don’t recommend living here. My personal experience has been a very frustrating & stressful time. My health has been jeopardized. Uninhabitable living conditions/toxic mold infested apartment. The outside grounds are nice. Gross

This apartment complex is a great place to live. The property is always clean and well- kept, and the apartments are really nice. The maintenance team is top-notch-especially McCord. He's friendly, quick to respond, and clearly knows his stuff. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend this place!

The Falls has been such a great, welcoming place to live! The maintenance is on top of things and so is everyone in the office. It’s always a clean environment and there’s always fresh coffee and cookies in the office. They’re always very helpful and patient with everyone who comes in the office! I would recommend anyone to rent at The Falls complex.
