I’ve loved my two years at The Fairways! As a woman renting alone, I feel safe here thanks to the friendly, family‑oriented community. The units feel like real homes and offer great value for the price. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment make life convenient, while easy highway access (190/290) is just five minutes away. The rules are fair and resident‑focused: we can nail walls, use low‑cost laundry facilities, park freely, keep outdoor grills, have pets with no extra fees, etc. It’s clear the management cares about us rather than nickel‑and‑diming us like other rental properties these days. Mr. Evans has been absolutely wonderful with the maintenance at my home in the Fairways Apartments. He is incredibly hardworking, reliable, and always makes sure everything is completed to a high standard. No matter the issue, he handles it quickly and efficiently. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is also very sweet, polite, and welcoming. He always greets you with a smile and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. It’s clear that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. The Fairways Apartments are lucky to have someone like Mr. Evans on their team. He is the true definition of what a professional should be. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate all the hard work he puts in!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The community is peaceful and well-kept, and any issues are addressed promptly. A special shoutout to Evens in maintenance — he’s always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to help residents. He truly makes living here a pleasure! Highly recommend this place.

Due to the extreme cold weather, I have had some difficult issues with frozen pipes in my bathroom and it’s been an ongoing problem. Thanks to the caring staff things have been taken care of in a timely manner. A space heater was brought in to keep things from re-freezing and that almost worked. It still required another stop from the plumber but it got done quickly. Hopefully this will not be an ongoing problem but the staff here, most especially Evans, are wonderful. My thanks to you all.

We have lived here for 1 year and have very much enjoyed it. The staff are kind and helpful, there is a sense of community here, community activities like bingo, pumpkin decorating contest, and the property is very well maintained and our unit has been as well. Family- friendly. Highly recommend!
