However, all buyers should be aware of all HOA fees before buying into this residence. $3600 a year for HOA fees for The Fairways; - $2600 a year for fees to Savannah Quarters, and $ 3000 a year for minimum membership to the Savannah Quarters' Country Club whether you use the Club or not.
