The Fairways at Jennings Mill

We have had a great experience .while living here at Tje Gairways at Jennings Mill. Shelby who works in the leasing office helped my husband 2 years ago when I had a very complex stroke . We have been living in one of the handicapped accessible apartments and it has benefited my recovery from my stroke immensely. She is always friendly and always stresses if we need anything not to hesitate to call the office.

This is our second lease here, and we are very satisfied with our apartment. Started with a 1b 1bth, and upgraded to a 2b 1bth. Apartments are super nice, spacious, and feel like home! Maintenance is very nice and normally addresses any issues the same day! Always friendly too. Office staff is always super helpful!

This apartment complex is the worst place ever. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to move here and pay the expensive amounts for such cheap quality. These apartments look somewhat decent on the outside but on the inside they are literally falling apart. We only lived there for about 6 months but decided to break the lease and pay the extra; just to be done and move somewhere better. This place is horrible. We had so many issues with the apartment. There was mold in my kid's bedrooms (window seal) for about 3 months.The incompetent maintenance guy's showed up with sponges to clean. They should have called and used a professional company to come in to treat the issue. We had busted pipes in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Broken handles and door knobs. I’m writing this review to warn anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. When we moved in, the carpet was already messed up, with tacks sticking out along the edges, which was an obvious installation issue and a safety hazard for a crawling baby. We reported it immediately and requested multiple times for it to be repaired, but the office and maintenance staff repeatedly refused to fix it, acting as if it wasn’t their responsibility. There was also horrible staining all over the carpet (which we have pictures of). Fast forward to our move-out inspection, and the maintenance man took a look at the carpet and openly admitted that the carpet had been installed incorrectly from the beginning. He told us directly that we would NOT be charged for it because the damage was clearly p

The leasing office is truly the best- so helpful and responsive- you can tell they truly care about their residents and the complex. They make everything so easy and do a great job informing and helping residents/future residents
