Every time they send some "repairman" to my house it becomes a multiple day ordeal. They leave a mess behind and do terrible (and I mean terrible) work. Yesterday we had 2 guys come to fix 1 tub drain that was leaking. It was my only day off all week and we had reported the leak 4 days prior with the guy saying he was on his way for 2 days before actuallyshowing up. 2 guys....1 drain.....5 hours later= 2 guys running out of my house without saying a word to anyone and a hole in my shower big enough to shove my fingers in around the drain switch. Last time they were here to fix my shower it took them all day and they left me with half the water pressure i had before. Before that they were here to repair my garage door opener which they just swapped out for the cheapest noisiest chain drive

What a horrible experience we had with listing/real estate agent Kathryn Hulleberg. The lack of professionalism and follow through by her was just awful. She represented this company in such a poor way, it's hard to imagine the owners trusting her doing business on their behalf. Word of advice, if real estate agents are indolent and may not "feel like" working on the weekend, then find a new profession so other people don't have the same experience.

I cannot even begin to express my fantastic experience with Kathy Hulleberg. She went above and beyond. She did her homework and never missed a beat. Excellent communication skills and response times. Extremely dependable. Such a positive and uplifting attitude. In the future, I will use a Kathy for all of my real estate needs.
