I moved from another state and the Emerald Property Management team (Heather and Bob) have been my property managers for the past year. Everything has been easy being a tenant and I can't say I've ever had that experience before. The maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled professionally and promptly and property I've been renting has been perfect for me; rent is reasonable and easy to pay each month with their online portal and the property I'm in feels safe and like a home.
