Who puts a check for over $100,000.00 in the regular USPS? Now the "check is in the mail" and is lost. No tracking number, no way to find it. They told me they have trouble wiring money, well I can understand that if they think dropping a six digit check in a mailbox is a good idea. I would never recommend this agency!

Freeport, IL branch made multiple clerical errors in our closing and contacted us days after closing to say we owed THEM money because they didn't go over the paperwork properly at signing. They didn't offer to email us anything proving this or even apologize for the errors. They forgot to add in their own processing fees. They now expect us to pay them their fees for their errors. Find a different title company.

I have always used this place whenever I sell a house. I have been selling houses for more than 15 years. They have never disappointed me. Their prices are fair and their facilities are great.
