Halsted Park Apartments and Townhomes

I have been a tenant here for 3 years, going on 4, and I have had a wonderful experience at Halsted. From working with Marissa when me and my roommate first moved to Illinois, to now working with Adrian, I have nothing but good things to say about the service provided by the team here.

Adrian and Irena were super nice and helpful they helped me find these hidden beauties. I initially applied for the main street apartments (also beautiful) but needed something with a little more space. Adrian recommended me to these and Irena showed me the Halstead apartment park apartments the same day and got me a new lease same day! They were on top of it and these were absolutely beautiful and newly renovated with new washers and dryers for an awesome price. Flawless.

From start to finish, my move-in experience with Adrian and Irena was absolutely seamless and stress-free. Communication was excellent from the very beginning both were incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns with kindness and professionalism. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos, which is such a relief. It was just as beautiful, clean, and well-maintained as I had hoped. The attention to detail in the space is evident, and I immediately felt at home. Adrian and Irena made sure the move-in process was smooth, and I could tell they genuinely care about their tenants' comfort. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and were always available for any follow-up questions. I highly recommend this team and this
