Honestly let me tell you everything they won’t 🚨🚨🚨THE 5 ⭐️ reviews are fake and transactional! They will give you goodies and rewards and small amount of money off rent for clicking the five star! 🚨🚨 Yes the college is right here but there’s no designated walking path and you will be walking along a very busy road They close the amenities 2/3 weeks late in the beginning of summer and 2/3 weeks early in the end of summer. I believe the pool was open this year for like 60 days. The internet sucks and it’s required for you to pay through them. They billed us 4x the amount for utility they get charged by the city and literally just said oops. The lady at the front office, Ashley or whatever has the nastiest attitude! As a medical student who lived at the Expo for two years, I would not recommend it—particularly to incoming medical students. While the complex has many 5-star reviews, it is important to note that management offers online rewards for residents in exchange for positive Google reviews. When I moved in two years ago, I initially posted a 5-star review but have since deleted it. During my first year here, management permitted individuals to become residents without conducting background checks. This led to several concerning situations, including: * Dangerous dogs on the property (a fellow resident’s dog was attacked). * Strangers sleeping in the stairwell (one incident required calling the police to remove a non-resident from our building). * Loud gatherings late at night, with suspected ill

This space is truly one of a kind in Billings! The team at Expo apartments is excellent. We are amazed by the level of attention to detail in the community space. We are local photographers and have been able to be in this wonderful to create portraits, and the lighting, the decor, and vibes are spectacular. We can imagine how wonderful it would be to live here as well. So many amenities. Thank you to the awesome team!!

We’ve loved our time at The Expo! The sauna and hot tub are open through the winter, and the appliances are modern and new. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk from Rocky Vista University - MCOM - ideal for students!
