I visited a client in that building yesterday. It looks like they are doing work in it it needs a lot of work. The office had stained carpets from water leaking from the second floor. I had a tick drop on my neck while in a meeting. I got him. Client said that the front door had been left open all weekend. I wouldn't want to work all day, every day in this place.
