The "manager" (at least according to her) was standing outside the building this afternoon screaming and threatening people with scissors. She was unhinged.

The unit itself gave me a lot of nightmare, I stayed here for just a year and the unit had so much issues to begin with.. the manager took care of everything, she’s very professional.. but as the time goes by, the unit becoming a nightmare, the roaches are all over the unit, the stove, refrigerator, bedroom, bathroom, living room, even in my water dispenser, and I felt like my health was at risk. The management didn’t even compensate me for all this inconvenience this unit caused me, and at the end of my contract, the manager “waived” the cleaning fee but charged me for “painting fee” which was my first time in my whole life heard about painting fee, living there for only 1 year, and I didn’t even leave any major damage in the wall but still i was forced to pay painting fee.
