The Enclave of Hardin Valley

A great first apartment for my best friend and I. The complex is in a great location and nicely laid out. The office staff, Bailey, Jennifer, and Emma, were always helpful whenever we had any questions or problems. The property staff always kept the greenery and amenities maintained and well-kept; any work orders we had were responded to promptly and without issue. I work multiple jobs, so I'm generally gone first thing in the morning and not off until late. However, I never felt unsafe while walking throughout the complex regardless of what time it was. Everyone seemed to keep to themselves which is always a bonus. Now the reasons I'm giving only 3 stars is because while the complex itself is peaceful, it was very frustrating to always hear the residents below and beside us whenever they

I love Enclave of Hardin Valley...it has been my peaceful place! I work until 1:00 AM and love that the parking area and hallway to my apartment is so well lit. I have lived at the Enclave for only 9 months, but have seen maintenance staff power washing and sweeping the hallways on several occasions within that time period. Not only is the maintenance staff quick responders they never fail to offer a friendly wave. Terry and Jamie; office staff has been awesome, they are always so helpful and friendly and never fleet from my Grandbaby stories. The day I moved in was the worst weather wise, but it was so nice to arrive to a apartment that was clean and free from issues. If you enjoy the smell of weed, this is the place for you. We understand this is not a smoke free community but weed??? Really.. we have a new baby and we cannot even relax on the balcony without smelling weed daily. We have voiced our concerns to the office but nothing seems to be done about it. We have lived here almost 3 years now and have stayed because of how safe it feels during the daytime and night time but I will say, the smell is an issue for us especially having kids. We love this area and have enjoyed the enclave but overall, I do not believe it should be considered “luxury living”.

Update: was a nice apartment but the prices were insane. We were close to 2000 a month for a one bedroom. We broke lease because we found a home cheaper than the apartment. The fees were exorbitant. They charged us 4 months of fees. Added an additional 140 because they forgot even though my husband was there and asked them how much. He was paying by check. Of course if you do it online they tack on extra fees. They called us after he left and needed it paid ASAP. Also they charged us for the rugs saying our dogs peed everywhere. They got sick twice rest of the time they were outside and they never peed on the floor. We cleaned the apartment before leaving. We loved living at the Enclave!! Our apartment was awesome. When we needed something fixed, we always had a quick response and the problem was always fixed in a timely manner. The surrounding scenery was so beautiful! We loved the views of Hardin Valley from the upper apartment area. The staff always took great care of our packages that went to the office. The mail system went very smooth for us. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. My kids and I loved the activities that were put on by the staff. The amenities were great. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The gym had everything I needed and was well maintained. Parking was never an issue. There was always somewhere for us to park near our apartment. My family always felt safe and all the residents were also friendly. We
