Great Apartments been here almost 3 years. Love it Little clean Community neighbors are great maintenance and office. Staff are amazing. Very clean swimming pool 8 foot deep and nice grilling station. Love it here.

The place looks really nice. And that is where it ends. I almost chose to reside here. Because the application fee was money tossed away, I did a little investigating before I did anything at all. What I learned: the laundry rooms provided rarely work, some units do have black mold, they paint over the porcelain tub which is peeling off, cracks in the dry wall upon moving in, outside is not the cleanest and has an unpleasant odor (in the winter!).... I could go on but that was enough to convince me this place hides behind the elegant name. I would suggest this place at this time. Who knows maybe they are mid home improving. Maybe

I was assaulted on Wednesday at 2:00 am by a guy that came into my apt and went directly into my bedroom and whispered he was going to rape me but instead tried to kill me by strangulation! Another day he started to walk his pit bull past my patio but froze when he saw me thru the window and before I could see his face and afraid to show his face, quick pulled him and dog quickly away. He didn’t wean me to see his face The mgr has detective. Info yet has given excuses why they have not let the residents what happened and he is on the loose! They are doing nothing! No regard for safety of residents! Don’t move here!

The ladies in office and the maintenance gentleman are wonderful! Easy access to the interstate and very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the medical center! Highly recommended them at the enclave!
