The Enclave at Lexington Waters

The last 7 months of living at The Enclave has been one of the worst experiences I've had. The houses are beautiful and the pond view is amazing, but I'm disappointed by the poor quality of construction and lack of responsiveness from the property management. Despite the homes being only a year old, I've encountered several issues. Ceiling lights have fallen while vacuuming, outlets are difficult to use, the kitchen sink has leaked multiple times, and some windows don't lock properly. When I've brought these problems to the attention of management, I've been told that these issues are "normal." The property management has also been challenging to work with. I was confused when asked about my brown lawn and if I damaged it. I was told I'd face fines if I tried to fix anything myself. Duri

We haven't experienced a property tour quite like this one yet. We knew immediately that this had to be our next home.
