Foxtail Hollow

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin?! This place is phenomenal! The tour exceeded my expectations and we plan to move there real soon and be apart of the Foxtail community. Our tour guide Kate is very sweet and kind; walked us through everything about the floor plan and answered all our questions about the process. Thank you Foxtail family!

FoxtailHollow Townhomes is a friendly and well managed community. The home design makes it a compelling option for those who want to rent in the peaceful city of Blaine,MN. The Management team helps settling in easy. They are open to resident suggestions & organize fun community events. FoxtailHollow Townhomes won our hearts and we are enjoying our stay here.

We lived in a 3 bedroom apt for 6 months (that was the term of our lease), the first tenants in that particular unit. I'll start by saying an employee Katie was fantastic to engage with. Unfortunately another property employee (I'll keep names out) had the audacity to tell my 3 year old son to stop making dinosaur roars at the playground 3 times while playing with other kids. He is 3 and that's what kids do, especially at a playground. The other parents were also appalled. Upon departure, Foxtail Management charged us $580 for turn paint when the fact is, the original paint was painters grade and mediocre at best. An additional $300 for cleaning after we had it cleaned and I took video upon departure. So the fact that they kept $880 of our deposit and somehow took and additional $35

Patti was very welcoming and informative. The grounds were beautiful and we would have loved living there. We were able to purchase a home though.
