I've been living here for almost 1.5 years and I'd say overall, this is a good place to live. To start, the complex is clean (there are cleaners M-F.) Heidi (the leasing/assistant property manager) is super helpful and kind. She is very responsive and she quickly follows up with any questions/concerns I have. The maintenence techs are also very helpful and friendly and respond to maintenence requests promptly. It is pretty quiet - you do hear the occasional door open/close, people in the hall, but that goes with the territory. I haven't had any major ongoing issues with noise. Most tenants I have seen are within their 20s-30s I presume. Just noting that for anyone curious. The apartments themselves are modern and well designed.The complex has 60 something units so it's on the smaller side

Me and my boyfriend just moved in here yesterday! The apartment is super clean and there’s even an automatic ice maker!! We love it so far. It’s both of our first apartment and the leasing agent, Andrew, made it super easy for us and helped us through every step of getting the apartment!! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, safe area with plenty of walking paths and cute cafes nearby.

The entrance from the street is a bit small for two cars in and out. The parking space could be bigger. But overall nice place.

Heidi is great. This review has nothing to do with her. My wife and I are frustrated with the fact that we did not receive our full deposit back. My pregnant wife and I spent 2.5 hours deep cleaning our apartment before we moved out and we were told in the initial inspection that everything looked good and we should get our full refund back. Nothing was damaged. They didn't give us our full deposit back and didn't give us a reason why either. I emailed and heard nothing back from them. That just doesn't seem right and leaves us with a sour taste in our mouth. There was some chipped paint on the walls, but again we were told we wouldn't be charged for that because that's expected when you live somewhere for a year. Just frustrating when we were already overpaying for a 585 sq foot apartment
