The Enclave at 3726

I was leaving at the enclave for 2 years, run into many different problems, which they take forever to come fix. And if you have a child it’s not the best place too raise children, the environment mat purpose etc… this is not it at all. When I was moving out, I ask about my deposit which which I paid with my hard earn money. They told me that I would be mail from New York because that where the owner office is located. I contacted them about, my deposit 20 days later about my deposit, she told me that the the forwarding addresses it should arrive, mind you im on the 2 months since I move out no deposit has arrived. I clean the place effortlessly, to make sure I can get my guaranteed money back, nonthing I also took picture. And there full proof of it, I have videos. When it come to there m

I currently live here.. it’s a really bad experience. I’m leaving before my lease ends. A/C doesn’t work in the master bedroom in all 2 bedroom apartments. Dishwasher doesn’t work.. the place is expensive and they don’t fix anything in it

I lived in this condominium for a year and I do not recommend it at all. There is no security, the maintenance team does not respond on time, and it takes them too long to fix anything. In addition, the apartments have a bad smell and are very old. I would not advise living here if you have children; the neighborhood is very dangerous, there is trash everywhere, especially in the laundry area where people smoke marijuana while drying their clothes. In short, I do not recommend it.

To call the enclave my new home I’m very satisfied with the process , Nadia was very helpful . This home is better than my first . If anything needs done they are honest and sufficient. Highly recommend . The welcome box was the cutest

I live here.. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can leave. It’s not a good place to live. And the management is really bad
