The Enclave Apartments

management is very unprofessional. if you have something major wrong with the apartment they will take months just to repair. even the minor problems took over weeks for maintenance to correct the issue. they do not care if you live with children and the issues are effecting them. when moving out they will make it extremely difficult. i was told to leave my new address in the office and any mail would be forwarded, however once i was gone Candy told me i would need to change my address at the post office. overall this is a very poor managed place to rent and i would not recommend my worst enemy to move in.

Rented here and moved i didn’t put a review till now. The apartments and people at first were good then not so much.The apartments are being rented to people that are bad behaved and dirty and don’t care about keeping clean. The renters leave there dogs without a leash, my dog once almost got eaten and my Sisster almost bitten by a pit bull, now I don’t blame the dog I blame the owner for not telling there renters to be more compliant about the way they handle there dogs. I complained and nothing was done they told me to call the cops. There’s also a lot of cockroaches everywhere if your clean and keep clean they come from the other complexes were the neighbors have no hygiene. I called multiple times to be fumigated again and nothing was done. My A.C was not working and told them repea

I recently had the misfortune of living in the Enclave Apartments in Edinburg, TX and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The experience was marred by poor landlord cooperation, abysmal maintenance, and an overall disregard for tenant satisfaction. If you value your sanity and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place. First and foremost, the landlord's lack of cooperation was shocking. Whenever I had a concern or issue with my apartment, it was like pulling teeth to get any sort of response or assistance. Phone calls and emails were often ignored, and when I finally managed to reach them, they displayed a dismissive and apathetic attitude towards my problems. It felt like they simply didn't care about their tenants' well-being or comfort.

This complex is not honest. I was the ideal tenant, never a complaint heard from me, always paid on time and I left the place in excellent condition. I was rarely there since I work all day and used the apt just to sleep. When I moved out I cleaned my apt thoroughly. It was cleaner than when I moved in. The day I turned in the key the manager said I would receive my deposit in 30 days. Almost 60 days later after several attempts to reach out and finally after being firm with management I received a "courtesy refund" for $175 cause according to them they needed to paint the apt and clean it. I am disgusted with this place.
