** update** They did absolutely nothing while we lived there to help even though we told them over and over. We won’t be living there again nor will anyone we know. Harassed for a year from neighbor and nothing was done. Deb takes the path of least resistance. Billed me for damages to the apartment even though it looked better than when we moved in. Was told to ‘be nice’ in my review. I’m sure they will have ‘excuses’ for everything I’ve said. The apartment, bottom line , IS NOT worth what they want paid. Be warned. Also student housing is available and much much cheaper for ETSU and Milligan/ Emmanuel students. These generic reviews are simply to boost the bad score this apartment complex has. And yes, many companies use this tactic, including this one. THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY TURNED AN A

We love it here it’s very peaceful. Everything is perfect especially the staff. We love, Julia. maintenance and management as well Everyone is very respectful and handle those things in a very timely manner

property manager was extremely helpful, with any questions we had, showed us a lovely apartment. and is efficient in helping everyone get settled within there desired move in
