The Emerson Apartments

I cannot say enough about the helpful employees, the cleanliness of the grounds and common areas, the amenities, the fast acting maintenance team, and the safe environment. We have lived here for a year with no problems. We liked it here so much, that we upgraded to a 3 bedroom. We are content with our choice. Do not waste your time renting here. They charge you a monthly pest control fee when not once have they come to spray inside or outside. We constantly have roaches, spiders, ants, and different types of bugs crawling out of the vents or crawling under our doors. They threaten you with letters to fine you fees for leaving a broom outside on your porch, yet will let people leave trash on their cars for weeks at a time. We deal with threatening and problem provoking neighbors and hear screaming children all the time. Neighbors will smoke in their houses and it seeps into your apartment. Just simply do not waste your time.

Have been here six months. Safe complex, friendly people, great place for pets, close to stores. Apartment is nice and cozy and had a couple of problems but the maintenance team here is awesome and fixed them same day itself, shoutout to them. Exercise room and Swimming pool are good, plenty of parking. My neighbors are quiet, hardly hear them. My only minor gripe is that the stairs could do with a power wash...

This apartment complex has been amazing! The office team is always welcoming and willing to help with anything, and maintenance gets things handled quickly. The grounds are well-kept, my neighbors are great, and I’ve felt at home since day one. Not to mention the amenities that come with are awesome! I truly appreciate how much they care about the residents! 10/10 recommend.

Emerson Apartments is a fantastic place to live. The community is well-kept, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff truly sets it apart. Everyone on the team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly and that you feel at home.
