The Ellis

Don’t let the visuals or wording fool you. Once called Lakehouse Luxury apartments, then Century Lakehouse, now The Ellis?! I literally lived there for 10 1/2 years. I moved in as soon as they finished my building, only 3 buildings were finished at the time I moved it. So I am an original to that place. Issues that I experienced within 10 years is the fact that you have to pay for parking but yet you don’t get your own parking spot. The hot tub was out out of order every single time I went to the pool. Always excuses as to why it was down. Grill never worked at the pool and the fire pit never did either. So you’re paying for all of this “luxury” and “lakeside”, When really there’s nothing luxury about this and it’s not even a lake. Overall, I never had any personal issues with staff, etc.

We had a great experience moving into this community. James was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed to feel prepared. The application process was simple, and approval came through very quickly, which made the move-in stress-free. Our apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, and we feel safe and comfortable living here.

Love it here! Angelique is the best and so is James is swell as well :) Also Jean also came and fixed our ac swift and promptly when it went out. Been here 2 months and its been wonderful

My husband and I moved in almost a week ago and we love it! James gave us a great tour and after many apartment tours, we felt this was exactly the place we needed to be! James is so easy to talk to and worked hard to make sure everything in the apartment was super clean and ready for us! Angelique was also super helpful during the application process and we were able to get approved within three days of applying!

The complex is always kept clean and lawn is always nice. The pool area is beautiful! We have used the grill and the fire pit as well. The hot tub is great too after a long day of work.
