The only genuinely positive thing about living here is the apartment itself. In my experience, everything else has been a disappointment. Since I moved in, promised amenities like the community room and pool room still have not opened. And whenever I call the leasing office for help, I’m typically met with rules and regulations instead of practical support. It feels like there’s very little compassion or willingness to work with residents. Winter is where things become unacceptable. Parking lot snow removal is consistently slower and more disorganized than I would expect at this rent level. I understand we live in New England, but with what we pay to live here, I expect timely and effective plowing. Instead, I’ve repeatedly come home from work to find no available parking due to delayed

Second storm and the parking lot wasn’t plow being force to shovel out our cars our self and once we have to leave and to come back to no parking spot clean. Being a single mom with kids I fell trying to get my kids out the car because no salt was on the parking lot ground. Plow trucks driving up and down looking confused and not plowing. Very disappointed for the second time

Closed down the outdoor amenities after having them open for only 5 weeks (fire pits, grills) due to them being “seasonal amenities”, still hasn’t opened the community lounge or pool room, they come up with an excuse to enter your apartment every few weeks (often times without 24 hour notice), still hasn’t fixed the broken washing machine on the fifth floor (it’s been broken for months). Don’t waste your time.

I absolutely did not appreciate when I called to confirm my tour the day before the gentleman never asked my name for the tour and instead he dismissively said “If you booked a tour online, yeah you’re all set”. Then the next day, I drive 35 minutes to tour the apartment, he looks at me like he saw a ghost and says “oh you should’ve received an email, your tour was cancelled”. I checked my email and I never received one and he said “well yeah, we leased the last apartment yesterday”. There was no apology or anything. My recommendation would be to call someone if you have to cancel an appointment. I wasted my time and there was no care in the world from him.
