Fairway Apartments

I wish I could give this place more stars, but they do not enforce their no smoking policy. Good news for smokers, bad news for anyone who has to live next to or near them. Been reporting it for two months now and not much has changed.

I looooooove my apartment...its just me my son left the nest 😫😪😪🤣but I got over it and on to new beginnings alone lol....Michelle is the best..I looooove her !!!!! ....always sooooo kind and pleasant....went above and beyond!!!! Thank you beautiful !!!! And Jim the maintenance guy is amazing to !!!! ...thank youuuuu both sooo much ..my apartment is updated and soooo beautiful...its peaceful here quiet ...I feed my birds , bunnies, chipmunks lol ....Im on the golf course literally and everything is down the street !!!!! ..new faces, new scenery new beginnings...cheers to me!!!! Love love ❤️

This apartment was HORRIBLE. I didn’t sleep at all for a year because of the noise. It’s disgusting, everything breaks and/or doesn’t work and i the units reek like weed if you’re lucky and like cigarettes if you’re not. Ridiculous. The layout of the apartment is the only thing I liked. Appliances are literally from the 80s or earlier. Some of them have never been replaced and it shows. Was literally stalked by another tenant here as well, lots of weird people live here. Would not reccomend at all.

I miss my studio apartment so much. It was absolutely the BEST location. I was in the middle of EVERYTHING! I had the cutest apartment with a perfect view of the golf course. The office staff was amazing, the maintenance was prompt. I miss the days I could call the office to fix a leaky sink... Now I call my husband and it takes him DAYS!!!!!!!! Reminiscing on my single days :)

not a great place to live for that high price; old appliances, floor makes lots of noise, electric bill goes high in winter, the security deposit will not be returned. They charged $235 for carpet cleaning. i shampooed the carpet immediately after moving-in because it was full of pet hair and dirty. again i shampooed during moving out nevertheless, they deducted from the deposit.
