I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced when communicating with this company. The representative I dealt with spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, and the tone of the emails was shocking coming from someone in a housing position. Instead of providing guidance or clarity, I was met with condescending responses that made the process feel discouraging and uncomfortable. No one seeking housing should be spoken to the way I was. Regardless of income level or documentation questions, there is a respectful and professional way to communicate — and that was not shown here. If this is how potential tenants are treated during the application process, I can only imagine what residents deal with after moving in. I hope management addresses how applicants

Avoid renting here if you can, not only did my partner and I get an approval, but two days later they rented the apartment under us. But let’s start with how they were already on edge given I’m Hispanic with tattoos and my girlfriend is black. They looked at us like we were beneath them and spoke to us as such. Donna and Dawn were extremely nasty to the both of us. After running around for two days trying to do everything they asked of us and getting every excuse and me calling several times, this is now what I have to deal with. They are extremely unprofessional and discriminating. Also, the assumption because my girlfriend had a lighter leash on her pants to make the comment “there is no smoking marijuana in the building” with the nastiest tone possible to My girlfriend who gets looked a

Decent area & apartments are ok. I lived here for two years & the biggest issue was the consistent loss of heat & hot water. We’d go up to five days without heat or hot water, no notice, and no update, even in the winter. Property manager said to “boil hot water.” The issue seemed to happen every other month, literally. There are children and elderly people who reside at this property, yet there was no urgency or even a notice/update to its tenants. Kristen can be quite rude and certainly not the best pick for her position. She has lack of empathy and probably could use some help running the place. She is very unprofessional and truly does not have her heart in this job. Here is one of the MANY posts about the loss of hot water/heat in the FB group & her response. No apology, nothing. How

I’m not one to write review so please take this seriously when I say do not apply here or be cautious. I was interested in this place with my partner and contacted the property manager, Kristin by April 2nd. Kristin was willing enough to give us a walkthrough and understood our move in date was June 1st. With thorough explanation of the application process( $70 application fee per person 18+) background check and credit check) I would have thought my experience would be great. Kristin stated she is usually there on Monday 5p-7p likes to handles paperwork and stated “ money talks”. By next week I gave Kristin the paperwork along with $140 for both my partner and I. After this is when the B.S starts. It took 1 week for a background check to be submitted and we heard nothing back and 2 wee

THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!!! I lived here for four years and these people took away over $800 for a carpet that was in very good condition, it was shampooed every year and had no permanent damage. My experience living there was overall ok considering the price, but I am TOTALLY shocked on how we have been treated after we moved out. We tried to resolve this issue by phone with them but no fair solution. update 10/16/2020, response to owner: Thank you for your message. Just to clarify, when I moved out I was told to leave the keys inside and leave the apartment. I was NOT given the option to see or sign any move out report following your inspection. Instead I was given a checkout list of what I needed to do before moving out, which I completed! I did contact your office soon
