My wife and I recently purchased our first home in New Britain, CT, which is one of Jody's specialty markets (although she's familiar with many surrounding communities also!). Jody was always available to look at properties and helped us find the standout properties in a crowded market, and finally a home we hope to live in for a long time. She helped us understand the entire process so we were confident in every decision we made. Jody is an expert at what she does. She is also very skilled with coordinating with other parties (banks, inspectors, attorneys, etc) and kept everyone on track.
