The Eliot on Ocean

Just want to give thanks and show some love to The Eliot on Ocean. I have lived here for about 5 months now and its been awesome. The office ladies are great. Especially Martha who has helped with alot my inquiries. Also anytime ive had any maintenance issues , the maintenance crew have been right on top of it. The location is great for me, close to my job and the beach, stores are up the road within walking distance. And the view from window is pretty cool to look out from. So yeah living here has been great and i would definitely recommend it to family and friends and really everyone.

I’ve been living at Eliot on Ocean for over a year now, and overall it’s been a great experience. The front office team are awesome. They’re super friendly, quick to respond, and always helpful whether it’s a small question or a bigger issue. You can tell they really care about the residents. The common areas are kept clean on a regular basis, which is definitely appreciated. There are Amazon lockers, and when things get busy, the staff keeps overflow packages secure in the office, which is super helpful. They’ve also been great about keeping residents in the loop with updates and monthly events, which are a nice touch and help build some community. Parking is easy and always available, which is huge. We’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment, and much of that is thanks to Martha. She has made us feel truly comfortable and welcomed, going above and beyond our expectations to support us whenever we’ve needed help. Everyone who has come to assist with any repairs has been incredibly efficient and kind, which has made our stay even more pleasant. One of the absolute highlights of this place is the breathtaking ocean view. I feel genuinely grateful to wake up each day and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from our windows. The neighborhood is also very calm and safe—perfect for peaceful walks and relaxation.

Living at The Eliot on Ocean has been an incredibly positive experience, thanks to the outstanding management team of Adreina & Martha. They bring a warm, personal touch to the community that truly sets the complex apart. Any concerns are handled proactively, with clear communication and genuine care. With the oceanfront setting and exceptional management, it feels less like an apartment complex and more like a welcoming home.

I had a wonderful experience living at the Elliot Ocean Building. The attention from the staff was excellent, and the maintenance team was always quick to respond whenever I needed anything.
