Beach House Apartments

Maintenance team have been amazing here at Beach House Apartments. During and after this massive snowstorm we just encountered they kept the outer sidewalks, driveways, and all entrances cleared from snow. During this time our dryer stopped working properly and could not be used. Today they came to the apartment and totally repaired it. I was amazed by their quality and cleanliness of the work. They were here about 1 hour and completely repaired the machine. Amazing work effort and knowledge! Thanks gentlemen you are the best!

I would like to sincerely thank the leasing office team, especially Nicole and Dazayia, for an outstanding experience. Nicole helped us relocate from Colorado and made the entire leasing process possible remotely, which was extremely important for us. She was always quick to respond, very clear, and highly professional. Even after we moved in, during our first month here, Nicole continued to support us and help us adapt. I have honestly never experienced this level of care and attention toward residents anywhere before. I would also like to thank Dazayia for her help on our move-in day. She made sure we were able to get into our apartment quickly and without any issues. Everything went smoothly and stress-free, which made a big difference on such an important day. She worked quickly, attentively, and very professionally. Even after we moved in, she continued to help us settle in, which is truly rare. On move-in day, we were expected and warmly welcomed, which was very pleasant and made the whole experience stress-free. Dazayia was especially helpful and made sure we were able to get into our apartment quickly and without any issues. The maintenance team is excellent — fast responses, professional work, and very polite. I feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home here. Great management, great people, and a great location. I would strongly advise anyone considering this building to think twice before signing a lease. During my time living here, there were serious security issues. Packages were repeatedly stolen from the building, and in one instance even my food delivery was taken. For a residential building, this is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of control or protection for residents' property. What made the experience even worse was the way management handled my move-out process. I communicated verbally with management about my intention to leave and tried to resolve everything in good faith. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution, they chose to apply charges in a way that felt extremely unfair. We have lived here for over 3 years now and it is by far the best place we ever lived in an apartment setting. The views are breathtaking, the staff is attentive and courteous, and the maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. The other residents are great and very friendly community. If you have a pet it is a very pet friendly community. We recently had an opportunity to move to the top floor and the views are breathtaking. The sunsets flood our rooms with amazing colors through the abundance of windows. We just signed up for another 18 months!
