BLVD at Revere Beach

Charmaine makes this village coexist and run smoothly. I have high priorities and standards, where many fall short. But she has gone above and beyond for my dog and myself numerous times. Even risking her safety and security at time to prevent any mishaps to me. She sacrifices so much and u can tell she loves her job. The blvd has a lot of amenities but most impressive was the attitude of management. Always a smile and a hello l, always nice and pleasant to see. I wish more people where like Charmaine and her work ethic.

Absolutely LOVE our new home. We’ve been here since the end of November and are so happy that we decided on BLVD. When we initially toured, I was curious to hear from residents their experience since the reviews on Google weren’t so great at that time. Upon arrival for tour I spoke to a resident who had lived here for over a year, and I confirmed that the prior issues had been tied to the previous management company and were fully resolved once the new management company (Lincoln) took over. Jessie spoke honestly with me about these when I asked, and made sure to walk through each prior issue and explain the resolution. They had been the new company for about a month when we signed our lease. We have had an OUTSTANDING experience with Jessie and Susan, as well as Issac the on site maintena

I knew from the moment I walked in that this would be my new home. It just had such a positive atmosphere and Jessie sealed the deal! You could tell she loved her job and where she worked. That spoke volumes. I have always loved the ocean and being at the beach. Add the BLVD to that and life is great! All common areas are bright and inviting with an upbeat vibe. Everyone we passed along the way was friendly and it’s pet friendly. Even the parking garage is spotless. My apartment checked all the boxes…including a view of the ocean.

What does it take to get the owner to reach out yo you!? I put a horrible review on here and now its gone! This place is a joke! No one follows thru with anything nor responds to your requests. Most unprofessional “luxury” apartments I have ever dealt with!!!

As a resident since 2021, I couldn't be happier. Sue & Jess in leasing are always happy to help and are expedient and knowledgeable and respond within the day. Isaac from maintenance is quick, efficient and immaculate with all building needs and issues that arise. I have just signed my next lease for 14 months as this is where I call my home!
