I live for almost 3 years here. i am happy with service. Today I had a maintenance issue in my apartment . Angel and his teams took care of it quickly . Always on point .They are always helpful .thank you Northgates apartment for hiring a qualified people.

Angel is absolutely the best! No matter the time he's always ready to help. Whether its a maintenance problem or a neighbor problem he handles it quickly and competently. Angel has great skills in communication and problem solving, very personable nice guy. He always goes the extra mile for you, making sure you're happy. I would highly recommend him for any position that would further his career. He's a definite asset to the Dolben Company.

Today they fumigated my apartment and also fixed the dishwasher. Angel was very punctual, professional, and respectful. He explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. Excellent service, I highly recommend him. 😁👍🏻

I’ve been a resident of thru property for 5 years now and I love it especially in the summer time . The pool and grill area is our favorite, The maintenance team Angel and Zack are great . Any issues and they fix them right away . The staff in the office Avianna , carol and Matt are also very nice and helpful . Northgate is a great place to live
