The Edison Daytona

I’ve been living at Edison Daytona since July and it has honestly been such a great experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and the amenities make it feel like more than just an apartment complex. I really enjoy the community spaces and how well everything is maintained. Maintenance is also super quick and reliable. Anytime I’ve needed help with something, it’s been handled fast and professionally, which gives me a lot of peace of mind living here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and overall the environment here feels very comfortable and welcoming. I’m really happy I chose Edison Daytona and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Daytona area!

Loved my 2 year stay at the Edison! Front office staff - everyone was excellent, including Christina- helpful and resourceful, Bernadette- phenomenal and humorous, and Kevin- amazing for maintenance and repairs, kind, thoughtful. Apartment was clean with spacious storage (huge closets, pantry, laundry area, etc). Grounds and amenities- outstanding, esp jacuzzi. Convenient location to ERAU, 95 access, grocery stores. Finally move out end of the summer was met with flexibility, all went smoothly; deposit received in the mail subsequently with no problem.

I’ve been living at The Edison since they opened in 2022 and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious and modern, and the property is very clean. Christina, Mayra, and Vanessa in the office are awesome, and they really do care about the residents here. The maintenance guys are also great, Kevin has helped me out quite a few times, and I’m really thankful that he’s at our property.

We lived here for 2 years and if we hadn’t find a house that was within our price range and checked all the boxes, we would have stayed at least another year! Christina was the best and so willing to listen and deal with any issues! Every time we put in a request, Kevin was there same day! Even for the smallest thing! The balcony is something you can’t get anywhere else for the price! We had the most beautiful view of the fountain! There were ducks and many beautiful birds! Thank you so much for making our stay the best we’ve had in Florida!

Unbelievable apartment community! One of only maybe 2 or 3 complexes nearby with elevators and enclosed breezeways! Also under new management! Awesome amenities! Near Buc-ee's, Tanger Outlets, Trader Joes, I-95, and right on LPGA!
