The Edge Townhomes

I would say pretty much the only positive to living here was that it was close to base. We chose this place without seeing it in person first. Come to find out the 3D tours that they offer on their website is not an accurate depiction of the “renovated models” that they offer. (Even though that’s what the website brings you to when you click on the floor plan) We selected a four bed 2 bath and it came with countertops that were missing chunks out of them, baseboards coated in filth, a broken screen door, old and stained carpet instead of laminate flooring, chipped walls, a stick on backsplash in the kitchen that was half unstuck and falling off, heavily stained showers and tubs, a washer and area that appeared to have never been cleaned… ever, and was FILTHY upon move in. I moved here a year ago from Colorado and I can honestly say I love it. Coming from a major city and dealing with complexes that are nothing like what they advertise is common. There were situations when I’ve reached out to the property manager and never received a call back. It’s like night and day. My son and I were extremely excited to see they were even better than what they looked like on the advertisement. I selected the 4 bed 2 bath and I will say all the rooms are spacious. I use the smaller room as an office, not only do I have an L shaped desk but a couch and bookshelf if that helps you visualize the living space. I have only lived here for a short period of time and I just love it. My apartment is very comfortable , excellent appliances and the service if necessary, has been taken care of immediately. Alex and Anna are super managers always friendly and polite. I intend to be here a long time!

I would like to give my review on the Edge town homes located in Sierra Vista, AZ. I have been here 3yrs, going on 4, and I must say, that since the new management has taken over I have had no bad experience. When I first moved in, were children running around not supervised and many problems occurred between the dwellers, after a few months, new management took over and new maintenance. I must say I am very please with the work and the change that has taken place and still taking place even as I write. I truly like the way the management works. She is nice to everyone, but once she sees that you do not want to live as a community, she will dis-fellowship you from the community. I would surely recommend it to my friends and family members. Wonderful staff and friendly management! Quiet place to live, perfect for families. The upgraded units looked really nice! I do not know about the negative review by that person kalia... It is contrary to what I experienced when I moved in 6 months ago.
