Plenty of things that could be said, but since longer reviews aren’t likely to be read, I’ll just say this: They’re great if you don’t need anything. As soon as you do, best of luck to you. The marketing is great, and that’s what got me. But, when it comes to resolving literally any issue, you’re still dealing with a leasing office, and they’re gonna treat you as such. You’re a means to a paycheck more than a resident whose living space they share responsibility for. Would have given half a star or less if I could. I’m sure there will be some flowery response to this, y’all can keep it.

Hi, I moved in there 2 months ago and I was struggling with my rent because my former employer wasn’t paying me. I was evicted and in the state of Florida I have 10-15 days to get my belongings. I called the apartment complex to get my stuff and Daniela told me they got rid of all my stuff. Yes, I had notice of the eviction because of my unforeseen circumstances but they should’ve called me the day they were going to throw all the stuff away. I was left with absolutely nothing. And I moved here from Ohio. I have absolutely nothing. Just my clothes on my back and my purse. To make matters worse, they threw my dogs ashes away. The worse thing someone could do. I’m completely devastated. Don’t move here!!!!!!

I'm not one to write reviews, but Daniela has been extremely helpful and kind so I just had to write one. I want to say thank you to Daniela for making my move in smooth and easy, and for her continued help - she truly goes above and beyond. As far as the complex itself, I am happy with the community. Great location!

As a resident, we moved into an unkept unit with 10+ year old carpet, damaged floor board, a cracked tub, broken cabinetry and many other issues. After 1 years lease a new company took over management and we were hopeful for change. Our hopes were quickly dashed. *Broken appliances such as a garbage disposal that leaked, broke multiple times, were bandaid like repairs resulting in damages to the undersink cabinetry. *Additionally, we had an absolute infestation of mice during roofing repairs. By infestation, we trapped an average of 4 to 5 mice a day in professional traps for a period of about 2 and a half months. It took multiple calls to get service for this pest issue and we ended up hiring pest control ourselves. *The air conditioning was a regular issue for us as well, having lived on
