The Edge at Fort Myers

I’ve had a great experience living at The Edge Apartments in Fort Myers. The place well-maintained to the best of their abilities and feels very safe. The modern design and spacious floor plans make it feel like home. The amenities are a huge plus. The staff is super friendly and responsive, especially the leasing office and maintenance team. Carolin makes you feel like you never left your home and Tika makes you feel like you always have someone to confide in.Any issues I’ve had were taken care of quickly and professionally. Dan always make sure to take care of anything happening efficiently.The location is also perfect—close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway, which makes commuting a breeze. I lived at the edge apartments for four years. I made incredible connections there and the maintenance and office staff was the best i’ve ever experienced. Maintenance shows up asap when there’s an issue and are quick to solve and help you out. There is a strong sense of community and kindness. My dog was greeted by the office staff daily with treats, toys and love. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are incredibly spacious and the location is one of the most convenient places to be in fort myers. Carolyn, Dan , Patrick, Nelson, Tika, and all of the other maintenance staff will forever hold a place in my heart! I am lucky to have had such a beautiful apartment home for 4 years! I lived at the Edge since its conception. We have had an overall great experience at this community. What I loved about them was they always kept the entire apartment and community updated (besides the dog wash). The updated the pool, the community house, even our appliances even though we had lived there for 4 years at the time. They also had food trucks often. Their staff was always friendly as long as you did their part in taking care of the community and your apartment. There had been instances of neighbors being unruly and they made sure they took care of it as fast a they could. Any time there were pest issue like wasps, they took care of it. I love this community. I would live my entire life here. The staff makes you feel like a big family. The manager is incredibly helpful and always willing to help you with anything you need. The community is quiet and very clean, drug-free, and that's what I enjoy most. 100% recommended.

Lived here for 1 year and already moving out. Management is terrible, if you bring up any problems you have your ridiculed for it by Carolyn who thinks she owns the entire complex. The pool was absolutely disgusting, full of bugs and a huge patch of algae sitting on the surface I had my wife go in and let her know so that way they can get the maintenance guy to come and clean it and when she went in and told her the pool was dirty Carolyn said in a snarky tone “the pool is clean it was just cleaned” it was absolutely disgusting and I mean disgusting. The gym has had 1 working machine for 8 months. We pay for these amenities it’s reflected in our rent but we are forced to deal with someone like Carolyn who couldn’t care any less.
