The Easton Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and couldn’t be happier. Building management is great and responsive. Always setting up thoughtful activities for the community- like a gift wrapping station in the community room! They take great care towards the maintenance of the building. Since I’ve been here, they’ve power washed the parking garage and repainted the walls (which already were perfect). I’m sure there’s a million other things they’ve done behind the scenes to keep this place looking so good. The apartment itself, just like the rest of the building, was super clean when moving in. There’s no “landlord special” here, they take care to fix things correctly because it looked brand new when I moved in. I wanted to share my positive experience living in this building for the past two years. The new construction of the building is impressive, and the units are modern and well-maintained with great amenities like tall windows, balconies, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The neighbors are friendly, and the new management team, Angel and Cayla, have been exceptional. They are always pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team works diligently if something needs to be fixed. While there are some minor improvement areas, it's mostly due to careless residents. The location is unbeatable, with Brady Street only a short walk away and Lake Michigan just a few blocks away. If you're looking for a nice area with plenty to do, this is the place to be. I have lived at the Easton for a little over a month, and it has been a quick transition to feeling like home. They are very accommodating of my two cats and the fact that I would only need a short-term rental for 4 months, as I'm in the process of moving. The Easton itself is extremely clean and very well run. It's also pet-friendly, and you'll most likely see some cute poochies heading out or in for their walks. My unit is spacious for a one bed/one bath, and it has enormous south-facing windows with a great 4th-floor view. And the patio/deck is large enough to get fresh air with my two cats. Overall lots of storage throughout, whether it's the kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom. And the shower has great water pressure, which definitely matters. And the location of the Easton less than a b

My wife and I moved in here near end of January and from day one the management and team have been welcoming and kind to us! We have enjoyed living here the past 6 months and plan on renewing our lease next year. It’s nicely kept up, beautiful apartments, convenient for downtown activities and a place we love to call home.
