I mean wow! I was definitely very impressed. I came here to do a tour and honestly shocked because SirRenahdi was amazing! I called because I had questions about touring, they saw me the same day!!!! The location was great!! So clean, nice modern architecture and very secure. I think what really impressed me was how SiRenahdi went above and beyond. There was only 15mins left before tours were closed, they went out of their way to really show me the place and at no point did I feel rushed or even feel any discomfort on her part. She was so kind, well spoken and very professional, impressive. I've done tours before but I have NEVER been treated so well. Wow! This is not your typical Apartment environment. From the moment I walked in the door for a tour I was hooked. Great facility, great location, great spaces truly everything about the place exceeded my expectations and then I met SirRenahdi and she took it up a couple more notches. I have toured a lot of apartments and there is no one out there like SirRenahdi. She is a gifted person and made me feel so welcome. She took time to explain every facet of Duo life in such a professional but warm way. I knew then that I wanted to live here. After the tour I then met Janet...she is also an amazing person...she put the icing on the cake! Both have just sweet, funny, energetic personalities that fit well with this environment. Thanks so much to you both for making me feel at home!!

Management are awesome. Very supportive and caring when it comes to the tenants and do very well breaking things down for me to understand if there ever is an issue. The appliances are normal but the maintenance are very fast and professional if anything malfunctions. We have been here two years now and it has been the best of any other complex we have lived in. People need to relax on the dramatic negative reviews.

I love this apartment! Everything from the tour, to move in was super smooth and when I unfortunately had to break my lease early due to a job relocation, there was no judgement, just the same clear communication that the Duo has always given me. Shoutout to SirRenahdi for always having amazing communication and going above and beyond making sure residents are comfortable in their home!

SirRhenahdi gave me a same day tour and I was amazed how much knowledge she provided. Her customer service was amazing and I was excited to move in immediately after seeing the updated units. Definitely would recommend checking out the complex if you’re looking for a place in Tacoma area. Thank you SirRhenahdi!!
