I can confidently say that Heaven is the best property manager I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in many different apartments over the years, and I’ve never come across a manager like her. She is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about her residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Heaven has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. She makes living here a great experience and truly sets the standard for what a property manager should be. If I could give zero stars I would. I moved here after coming from a different apartment I lived in for 7 years without any issues run by a different company. Terrible communication terrible management. Inoperable washer and dryer for almost two months upon move in. If you assert your tenant rights they will do everything to get you out. Get everything in email or writing so it's documented. Eventually said they would let us out of our lease due to months of unresolved noise complaints. Told us they would give us a glowing review because the situation was no fault of our own and subsequently we were told by our current management company Olympic management declined to complete the rental screening form. I had to consult with a tenant lawyer the entire time I lived here. They did not show u

I am absolutely thrilled with my new home at Grand Ridge Apartments! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. Love that it is brand new – the landscaping is immaculate, and the buildings themselves are modern and stylish.
