It’s been quite a while since we left the apartment. Among all the warmth and memories in the Carriage house, Steve remains one of the most unforgettable parts. He wasn’t loud or flashy—just always there.. He took care of things without fuss, and somehow, of people too. Kind, thoughtful, and never once seeking credit. I often think I didn’t thank him enough.
Truly enjoy living here. Quiet, respectful neighbors, walkable, safe neighborhood. Management goes out of their way to meet your needs. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. I have twice the square footage compared to living downtown in Tacoma for the same price. The inside is a bit outdated, but all the pluses make up for that. It's the best move I've made.
Jennifer the leasing Mgr was awesome . Professional , to the point , nice positive energy , went above & beyond call of duty . 10 STARS FOR JENNIFER & HER SUPERVISOR ✨️ 💛 !!! You ladies ROCK !
Overall, the move went well, but we noticed a few minor issues: • Small leak from the pipe under the sink • Shower head sprays some water behind instead of straight down • Patio and storage weren’t cleaned (dust, marks, scratches) • Our paid parking spot was taken; Jen contacted the person, but he refused to move
Steve, the maintenance guy is the best! He is always considerate and empathetic to the tenants needs and is always willing to help. If it wasn't for him, I don't think Carriage House would survive. Thank you for all the years that I have lived there, I will never forget your generosity and kindness which most multifamily homes lack.
