The views from many of the units are gorgeous! They started a new initiative to deliver packages once a week, which has helped to keep the package room less cluttered and makes it easier to find your package now. Our kitchen is really cute. I love that I can easily walk to get my groceries and go out for dinner. The service business nearby are really convenient as well.

I’ve lived at the Draper for the last couple of years. I’ve personally had an amazing experience. Yes, the elevators have been down but they always have at least one or two running. I love my unit and the lake views! The pool is amazing during summer and the gym is always kept very clean. Corey in the management office has always been nice and helpful. I look forward to renewing my lease!

This is not an ADA friendly building. We had a day when all of the elevators were down. Leasing office staff never answer the phone. The building reeks of weed and cigarette smoke quite often. The flooring is cheap and slippery. Maintenance always answers their phone! Thank you to them. I do not feel supported by management. I feel like concerns brought to their attention are given a pat on the head and never given a solution. The elevators are scary. I saw another resident have the elevator door slam on them and a few other people have talked about it happening to them too. They are breaking more frequently. I look forward to moving out. The rental contract demands you pay back rent if you move out early. I cannot afford to break my lease, making this a worse experience feeling trapped. I

Do NOT move here. Living at The Draper has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. The property manager is unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Emails go unanswered. Concerns get brushed off. When you finally do get a response, it feels defensive instead of solution-oriented. Basic issues that should be handled quickly drag on for weeks. You are left feeling ignored and powerless in a place you’re paying a premium to live in. There is zero urgency and zero accountability from the person who is supposed to be running the property. The way this property is managed feels careless and disorganized. Tenants are treated like inconveniences rather than people who are paying a lot of money to live here. If you expect communication, transparency, or

Pros: industrial looking lofts. Big windows. Great neighborhood. Decent amenities. Front desk people are usually nice. Cons: Was called and scolded by a staff member during move in because I was breaking down my boxes outside my door. Package system is a mess. Elevators were almost always down. The apartments are extremely hot due to having a two-pipe system that automatically kicks in heat at a certain temp - they advise you to get fans on your own and do not having ceiling fans in the units. No garbage disposal. You must put door stoppers in yourself or else your doors will make holes in the wall. They close the pool down almost half of the year and when it was about to be reopened, decided that was the ideal time to clean it which pushed back the reopening for an additional few weeks.
