The Drake Apartments

I am a current tenant at this place. For a few years at this point. I’ve avoided reviews before now due to fear of retaliation and uprooting my own stability but after todays experience with Bradford I see no reason to have any grace for the Owner who told me my valid frustrations over repairs was ridiculous and laughed in my face! This place is frequently behind on repairs and will scoff and attempt to retaliate against you. For example, I received a warning regarding a rule I honestly wasn’t even aware that was being enforced due to multiple units doing the same thing. Bradford said he handled this miscommunication of building rules by contacting them but I asked the same folks and they said they never heard from them. Raises rent on tenants but does not fix apartments. Frequent issues with basic amenities and power. It is clear they treat some properties better than others. Takes advantage of renters who need affordable prices. Do not rent here.
