I’m leaving this review to warn others, specifically about Unit 213. It has been sitting for months for a reason. Management is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I withdrew my application due to ongoing issues with communication and handling of basic processes. Although I later secured a cosigner, I chose not to reapply because of how poorly this situation was handled. I was owed a refund for an administrative fee, and it has now taken over a month with no resolution. Here is the timeline: • Initial refund date given: December 22 • One person told me my refund was processed on January 9 • Another person told me last week that a check had been written and I could pick it up the next morning — even though I paid electronically • Then the property manager emailed me on January 21

I lived here for two years and I loved it! Michael was super helpful and receptive whenever I needed clarification. I was able to rent out the lounge area, my packages were never lost and the maintenance was done at least within a week when it was needed. The in unit laundry has also changed me and I cannot move anywhere else without it now. The walls were kind of thin but I didn't really mind it and it was more of background noise.

The moment I realized I would need to find new housing arrangements, I knew this is where I wanted to live! Love the location, the size of the complex, the fact that it has an elevator. The finishes in the unit are high end. Love the size of the unit, the kitchen layout, the closet organizers, supplied a/c units, and chiefly, the fact it at it has in unit washer/dryer!! Maintenance is responsive. Only had to request a repair once and it was handled within 24 hours. The property manager, Michael, and his team helped smooth out the paper work issues I had getting approved for residency. Was very grateful for their help and consideration. The only downside of the experience is the squeaky floors. Other than that, my dog and I have been very happy and content here. I look forward to extending

We have lived in this unit for four years and overall are very happy with our time here. The maintenance staff are responsive to work order requests (ours were responded to within 24-48 hours). They clean the lobby, gym, public areas, and hallways daily and keep the building in good shape. In the winter, they do a good job with snow removal, and made sure the cars parked in the spots in the back can get out by shoveling the back and the front of the property well. We have had a terrific experience with Michael who has been an excellent property manager for us these past few years. He has been very responsive (usually responds to my messages within an hour), attentive to any issues, friendly, and works hard for the residents and the property.

A solid, friendly apartment in a nice location. Dani the office manager is a pleasure.
