The Dels - Clarksville

I have been living here at the Clarksville Dels since October 2025 and it has been wonderful! The whole property is clean and very well maintained with onsite laundry. Very affordable with utilities and wifi included in the price, as well as a flexible payment plan for the deposit. very pet-friendly environment. The location is perfect, close to shops and dining. The whole process online was super easy and when I had any questions they responded in just a few minutes. And where other places turned me away simply because of my credit not being high enough The Dels did not. I greatly appreciate them for a place to rest my head at night and I tell everyone looking for a place about these apartments every chance I get. It was so easy to apply. I was approved and put a deposit down the same day and signed my lease the next. The apartments are affordable and gave me the opportunity to find an apartment for my child and I where we can live comfortably and not break the bank. It is clean, quiet and affordable. I just renewed my lease!

Also known as the Orchard in Clarksville Arkansas it is located conveniently next to Interstate 40. A beautiful building renovated and modernized with super clean apartments and plenty of parking. The apartments come with all in one rent, wifi, trash, electric and water. The management is responsive to requests and needs and all of the residents are vetted and friendly. You couldn't find a better place to live.And pet friendly!

I’ve lived in this apartment for over a year and have had a good experience overall. The property is well maintained, maintenance responds when needed, and management is easy to work with. The area is quiet and convenient. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

I've lived at the Dels for a year now, and they are one of the best places I've been. They've been up to date on everything, kept the site clean, and have been willing to fix anything or help any of their tenants. I appreciate this place so much.
