Three years ago used them for the second time. That’s when we realized they didn’t do a proper title search on the first place we bought using them. It was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! Months of nightmares. They refused to take responsibility for the title search THEY did the year before. There was an actual lein on the property that didn’t find. Took us or day to find their mistake. We had to go to Little Rock maybe 4-5 times to resolve the issues. It was the biggest mess we’ve had buying and selling. We are very very seasoned home owners. They were clueless. No compensation no satisfaction. Our closing was delayed for maybe two to three months.

They were very nice to my face but when they didn't transfer my money to my account when they said they would I am now stuck halfway from home and they are slow playing me when I paid for a wire transferr and when I called them a female answered and tried to tell me the closing was at 2 when it was 1 I know what I paid for I know what is owed me I have the whole conversation on video then when I speak to the manager he tells me well wire transfers take a few hours like I am a idiot I am going to have to hire a freaking attorney I was not born yesterday I am really disappointed

A close knit group of hard workers with valuable history in the community. They are always busy but always make sure you get what you need.
