The Davy

The Davy is an excellent option for students who wish to live within walking distance/commuter distance from main campus. The amenities are very nice and the community is very chill. I would definitely recommend the Davy if you are looking for something across the river!

I came in today and toured with Dylan, and she was AMAZING! You could tell she was very passionate about her job, and provided us with all the information we needed. Dylan was super easy to talk to, extremely positive, and is an amazing employee. If you can tour with anyone I would recommend her!

The pool is very nice. The gym is okay. The walls are paper thin. I can hear everything in the living room, and I can hear my room mates from inside my own room. Parking is incredibly expensive. The parking garage desperately needs a mirror on each corner. I've had multiple issues with my washing machine, one resulting in it not working for over a week. We had a very bad black mold problem in our washing machine at one point. We've had multiple ant problems during the warmer months around the entire unit. The bottom dishwasher rack is too small and tends to fall out of place into the bottom, resulting in some melted utensil handles and bowls. My specific unit has a water pipe in the wall right behind my bed so anytime someone flushes their toilet above me I get to hear that. Earlier in my

The tour was amazing and Hayden did such a phenomenal job explaining everything and answering all our questions! He even helped with the application process and we were able to do it there! The amenities were great and we look forward to staying here!

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Morgan in the leasing office. She is always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have a question. From the very beginning, and she continues to go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional but also genuinely kind, and Morgan is both. I really appreciate all that she does to make this community such a great place to live!
