The Darnell Apartments

These apartments are absolutely stunning. The common areas are all very well maintained and a huge pool. The management is great!! Only down side is possible roaches throughout units. During the tour I found a ton of roach dropping in the kitchen. This is something Maintence and pest really needs to work on.

I really enjoy living here. The property is gorgeous with lots of amazing amenities. We just got a new property management company and they are doing a wonderful job. They started hosting events which the previous management company never did and I finally got to meet some of my neighbors. The new maintenance team seems to be knowledgeable and super sweet. Location is close to the expressway so easy to get to Atlanta or to the mountains. I am looking forward to my next year here. Thank you Maggie, Michael, Franscisco and Amber.

I’ve been living in these apartments for almost two years, and I can honestly say it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The management is always looking for ways to improve the community, and it truly shows. The rules in place help keep everything running smoothly, and the entire property is consistently clean and well maintained. It’s also a quiet and calm place to live, which I really appreciate. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive. Not to mention, there are always great activities and events planned for the community. I highly recommend this apartments to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well managed place to live.

5 stars for Edward! He was patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the leasing process. He explained everything clearly, kept communication consistent, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Great experience—Edward is the real deal.

Beautiful Property but Management SUCKS!!! . Phones are always down, you can’t even reach them unless you walk up to the office. Margaret Hewell has a nasty attitude and is always “busy”. She definitely caters to certain tenants. I see reviews that she responds to emails fast etc, but she definitely picks and chooses, my emails don’t get any responses . This is a very micromanaging community & they want you to play police and report every little thing to them. I ended up leaving my roommate because I refuse to live like this. We pay too much money to not be able to live comfortably. ALSO the turn over rate in that office is very concerning , it’s been 3 new faces, the others are gone what’s really going on in that office ?
