Update 11-16-24 it took getting Crossroads Today Victoria News involved to get this cleaned up. Afterwards the manager of these apartments sent me a petty email showing her true colors. The employees cleaning the trash made threats towards me. Sucks to have to do your job and clean up after yourselves eh. Update 10-03-24 Funny how I can still take daily pics from my front yard of this place's trash. The manager of these apartments told me there is no trash problem. Sure is funny I can snap a new pic of this trashy apartment complex every morning. This is disgusting and trashy. This is what we have to see everyday! We have had to see their trash when we walk out our front door for years!!! This is unacceptable and disgusting. Why do we have to see your trash?

I am giving this apartment the lowest possible rating due to consistently poor management and lack of professionalism. From the beginning, staff were incompetent and pushed back on nearly every question I had, no matter how reasonable. Getting clear answers was nearly impossible, and I constantly received conflicting information. There seemed to be a very high turnover at the front office. I dealt with multiple different women during my lease, and none of them were on the same page. Each time I followed up on an issue, I had to re-explain the situation, and I was often given answers that contradicted what I had been told previously. One of the worst issues involved trash pickup. On one occasion, my trash was not collected, and raccoons tore it open. This resulted in trash spread everywhe

Tera was very friendly and her customer service skills were outstanding. The apartments were very well appointed. We were down to the Aria and the Dakota. Tera was the tipping point.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They willingly showed me the complex and sincerely answered my questions. I appreciated their careful and respectful treatment of me -- a possible future community dweller.

Updated 11/14/24: The Dakota apartments still have overflowing and uncontained trash and litter. This is extremely disgusting and unsightly. The trash blows into the neighboring properties. This is a frequently recurring issue that has not been resolved for the last few years. When will Victoria, TX Code Enforcement do something about this trashy property management?
