The Curve Apartments

I lived in this complex for a significant amount of time, and after reading the review from the resident in apartment 1320, I feel the need to share my experience. From my perspective, she was extremely intrusive and often involved herself in situations that had nothing to do with her. She regularly monitored what was happening around her, made assumptions about other residents, and escalated issues instead of handling things respectfully or privately. There were multiple situations where she created unnecessary conflict with neighbors rather than communicating calmly. It felt like she was constantly watching, listening, and looking for reasons to complain instead of simply coexisting like most people do in shared living spaces. Living here has definitely been an adventure. The only reason I’m rating five stars now is because of the new staff. Angelique and Jessica have definitely made it easier. We have been here through all the staff changes and these ladies are the sweetest and most understanding. They took the time to listen and explain. I’m sad that I’m moving to be closer to work because they actually did the work. They stayed open til 6 unlike the previous staff who close at 5 sometimes even earlier without notice and that made it harder before the online system was placed. The previous staff were always rude on the phone and made it seem like I was stupid when I had a complaint about trash being thrown over the balconies. The apartment itself was beautiful, but nothing else!!! I lived there for 2 years under apartment 1420 and it was horrible!!! I dealt with stomping, moving furniture, fighting, dog's barking for hours at a time every day and night, awful smells from the 2 dog's she had because she never took them out to use the bathroom, she would just scrub or shampoo her carpet every 2 or 3 weeks. The smell from the drugs would be so strong I would have to let my windows up to breathe. I would hear sawing and drilling which caused my closet light to start blinking, then my bathroom light started cutting off and on and every now and then I would see I bright flash from the lights over the island, so I'm sure there's an electrical short in that apartment. I gave this apartments a one star because we moved in in May 16, 2025 me and my husband. When we went inside of our new apartment it was all dirty in the inside. In our room the ceiling fan was hanging down from the ceiling. And there was dirt/dust ac vents and paint on our kitchen floor and piece of the shower was broken so we can not take a shower in our new apartment. Yes We TOOK pictures too. And showed the main office about it? Still want us to pay $1200 next mouth rent wow SMDH So No I won't recommend these apartments to NO One. Yes I know someone that lives there for 2 years and the 1st year when they moved here they were strict did not have anything slide. But now these apartments just don't care AnyMore ): So sad.
