This building is amazing, but if you’re looking to buy here, think twice because the process is absolutely a nightmare with the current managing agent that operates like they’re in the 1960s with all the handwritten forms and requests for certified checks for fees they charge to do simple administrative tasks that take them weeks. The managing directors are fine, but it takes months upon months to buy or sell in The Crystal Towers because of poor management. Just look at some of the reviews for PLI Prime Locations, and you’ll think twice before issuing a deposit on one of the units in this building.
Nice doorman. Attentive and nice apartment building in general. Everyone gets to know each other and respects each other which was noticed and nice to know.
Very friendly staff. Manicured facility.
