The Crossings at Leesburg

I was at the crossings for almost 7 years. In the beginning it was good but towards the last 4 years the maintenance never wanted to fixed anything we had Roches and spider's. I got tired of them not taking responsibility for pest control I called the code inforcement after they came. I was late but I let the office now and I can pay there and the lady said she wouldn't accept any payments and got eviction. It wasn't fair plus I have 2 special needs kids. I don't think I should give them one star they deserve no stars.

I am so sick of this property. If I could rate it a zero, I would. No one does their job. Nothing gets done. I had to call the cops at 5:00 a.m. this morning just to get people above me to be quiet. I recorded them and as soon as the cop arrived the lady above me turned off her disco ball and bass. Every day throughout the night people are outside reving up their cars, getting drunk and driving around, hitting other cars. My neighbor's car has been hit twice. Visitors are taking up parking spots from people who live here. Then 2 people showed up at 6:08 a.m. running up the stairs, talking loud, also taking 2 parking spots... joining the lady's party above me... after I've already called the cops. She was also smoking a cigarette inside her unit which explains why her windows were open. Als

The crossings at Leesburg Aprtments it’s been a pleasure to work with the property manager Mindy she is great she seamless running 2 properties in Leesburg and making sure everything is effective for the tenants

It's been an amazing blessed journey living at The Crossings, after 14 yrs I would not change anything. Mindy the Manager is an amazing individual that does her best to keep things running smoothly. I'm just so thankful for all Yeshua has provided me with!
