The Crimson

Gennoa has been helping me through the process of moving and she has made everything happen so smoothly , she’s very understanding but is still firm of the expectation of the Crimson. She has helped me and my sister find an apartment on such shorty notice and i’m very great full for all the help she has. provided us!! Definitely already recommended her to yk friends and family !!

I have lived at The Crimson for about half a year now. I have had only good experiences with management and maintenance, and no concerns about my safety. Management: ★★★★★ Building: ★★★⯪ Neighbors: ★★★★ Windows: ★★ Prospective renters, here's your short list of what to look at: - Tour the exact apartment you will be renting. Make sure you like the condition of that apartment and building well enough. - The windows. Observe the windows. - Some apartments have much older appliances (they are in the process of converting apartments to newer ovens, etc) - No in-unit washer/dryer - No in-unit microwave - No bathroom fan - One parking lot exit does not allow left turns Here are the downsides: - The buildings are old. - Seriously, the windows suck. They constantly sound slightly open, and bugs

The management staff is atrocious, they never answer a question, just promise that they will get back with you about your concerns. The buildings were damaged in the earth quake a few years back, they have cracks in the foundations and holes in the walls. The laundry room in the building were I lived had a hole about 3 feet by 4 feet wide behind the washers and the floor dipped when you walked on it from water damage.

I’ve been here for almost 6 years and I don’t want to leave. I love my mountain view and fireplace and the interesting layout of my apartment. The manager Taylor and the leasing agent Gennoa as well as maintenance staff Scott and Sam are always so kind, understanding, and helpful. They go above and beyond by letting me know they’re on the way (even when I’ve requested maintenance and know which day they’re coming) due to my PTSD. I’m weird about people being in my house but Scott and Sam don’t seem to mind me hanging around close by while they fix things. Like I said, the staff here are kind and understanding. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I love living at the Crimson Apartments, The leasing office has been so helpful and kind they treat you like a friend and a part of the community. I feel safe and happy living here, My neighbors I have met are all friendly and kind. The grounds are kept clean and people with pets are respectful and clean up. Its a great place to live I recommend the crimson to everyone
