I am going in my second year here and it is a great community. Maintenance is always on point with getting things done and the office staff is always kind and helpful. I always feel safe her too bc it is very well lit at night. It is convenient to everything.

I have lived here for 1yr and I paid $1379.00 that's with a pet fee. We have had nothing but issues since day 1.the outlets wont hold a plug in.There was an ongoing gas leak for about 2 1/2 weeks where we had no hot water on and off. Then our light bill was high. Got to looking in the closet where the unit is and the whole bottom was coming off. One man said there was a hole in the duct work. Still have no air flow hardly. While the bottom was gone our pilot light kept going out..after fighting for a month to get it resolved turns out the a/c that's next to it was blowing the pilot light out. Then our ac kept freezing up. We could hear dripping water coming from the return and when I opened the ac closet door there was a giant paint pan overflowing with water( i have video proof) tried to

HORRIBLE I strongly advise against renting here. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything, including intimate activities from neighbors both above and beside you, which makes it nearly impossible to feel comfortable or have any sense of privacy. Despite bringing this up with the office staff, they’ve been dismissive and unhelpful.The management, including both the supervisor and office manager, has consistently demonstrated unprofessionalism and a lack of concern for resident issues. Maintenance is also unreliable and inattentive, often seen on personal phone calls instead of handling repairs. For the price, there are far better options in the area with more responsive staff and a quieter, more respectful environment. Peacef

I have complained for the past 3 years about having to turn my heat on to get hot water to take a shower. It is another year and hot outside and still have to turn my heat on. Not only is my apartment extra hot but my electric bill is higher. I have emailed the office , I have talked to management and no results. I reported to the office that the upstairs tenant that just moved in came to my door with a gun because I was not OK with hearing her kids run back and forth all day. I reported that to the office and all was said was can I give her a copy of the police report, because I did call the police. The Experience here was horrible and I even heard my neighbors have sex through the walls. I heard so many bad things from friends living here as well not even just my experience such as there being actual BLACK MOLD in a apartment. everything about these apartments is disgusting and it isn't even worth 1 dollar. If you wish to waste money and hear your neighbors having intimate activities rent here but if not stay away.
